Genesis Communications Inc. (GCI), a California corporation with offices at 111 Corporate Dr., Suite 160, Ladera Ranch, California 92694 is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all our Clients and visitors.
This Privacy Policy provides you with the privacy practices of GCI effective as of July 1, 2007. This version supersedes any and all previous versions.

“Client” is a natural person, legal entity, organization or agency that has entered into a Service Agreement with GCI for the receipt of all or a portion of GCI Services.
“Client Data” is any contact information for the Client, and any data provided by Client to GCI pursuant to the Service Agreement.
“Service Agreement” includes License Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement, Accountability Use Agreement executed by Client and any and all written and executed contracts, agreements or addendums between Client and GCI.
“GCI Data” is any and all proprietary GCI data including contact information whether it is personally identifiable or not.
“Terms” includes any and all additional terms and conditions included in any and all written agreements which are applicable to a Client.
“Services” are available only to a Client who has executed a Service Agreement or similar Trial Service Agreement and refers to any one or all Services provided by GCI including the Predictive Dialer Product or Emergency Broadcast Product.
“GCI Website” is the web site or sites, owned and operated by GCI including , or any other Uniform Resource Locator (URL) addresses with which GCI adds to or replaces

The GCI Privacy Policy describes how we treat Client Data when you use GCI’s Services including GCI Website. The statements made herein are continuously monitored to ensure our commitment to provide the highest level of integrity and customer service. The following describes how we collect, use and safeguard Client Data and any other information you provide GCI and your usage of GCI Website.

Collection/Use of Information
GCI will collect personal identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information which includes Client Data provided by Client. All information collected by GCI will be used for billing, provisioning of Services, resolution to problems associated with Services and to inform Clients of new products or services that will enhance GCI’s ability to provide Services to Clients. GCI will not trade, sell or disclose to any third party any form of Client identifiable information without the consent of the Client, except as required by subpoena, search and warrant or other legal process or in the case where failure to disclose information will lead to imminent harm to Client or others.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary above, GCI provides some of our services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, service providers, partners and other third parties (Service Providers). GCI and our Service Providers use Client Data to operate GCI Services. GCI’s Service Providers handle Client Data and information in accordance with GCI Privacy Policy.

GCI has invested and adopted a wide variety of technology and security features to safeguard Client Data on its network and physically including multiple layers of firewalls, non-routable IP addresses to the internet, servers located in Level3 facilities with 24/7 surveillance. GCI has various policies in place limiting staff members’ access to the database. GCI will continue to monitor and revise policies and implement additional security features as new technologies become available, however no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we at GCI have implemented all possible systems to protect Client Data, you the Client acknowledge that there are limitations of the internet beyond our control and information exchanged between GCI and Client over the internet cannot be guaranteed and any such information may be viewed or accessed in transit by a third party. In addition GCI cannot guarantee in any way that Client Data or information provided to GCI by Client may not be illegally obtained from GCI.
Client has an obligation to safeguard all Client passwords and log-on information. GCI cannot be responsible for any events resulting from Client’s neglect to protect this information.

GCI will not read, listen to or disclose to any third parties, private e-mail or any other communications that are transmitted using GCI Services, except to the extent necessary to proper operation of Services or as authorized by law.

Unlawful Activity
GCI fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our Services for illegal activities and GCI reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that GCI in good faith believes to be unlawful. GCI may use Client Data including identifiable information to investigate and help prevent unlawful activities that threaten the integrity of Services, network or otherwise violate any provisions of the Service Agreement or Accountability Use Agreement or any illegal activities.

Account Information
Client is responsible to maintain Client Data with GCI current and up to date. You may change any Client Data by e-mailing us at or telephoning our Client Support representative.

Other Websites-Affiliated, Linked, Other
GCI may have links to affiliated sites or other sites on GCI Website, however this Privacy Policy does not extend to those sites. This Privacy Policy extends only to GCI Website and we at GCI are not responsible for the practices employed by other sites whether they are linked and accessible from GCI Website or not. Other sites have their own privacy policies and data collection practices and we at GCI recommend you review their individual policies and practices.

GCI sends cookies – a small file containing a string of characters – to your computer that identifies your browser. GCI uses cookies to improve the quality of Services and provide you with a more personalized and easier online experience. We may use browser software tools such as Cookies and Web server logs to gather information about users browsing activities in order to assist us in better designing and arranging our web pages. GCI does not use any of these technologies to capture individual e-mail addresses or any personally identifying information about you.

Modifications to Privacy Policy
GCI reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event we at GCI make any material changes they will become effective immediately upon notification thereof. Notification may be in the form of e-mail or correspondence to addresses provided by Client or posting the revised Privacy Policy on GCI Website. Client agrees that Client is responsible to maintain a valid e-mail address, review the GCI Website and this Privacy Policy periodically and to be aware of any changes, deletions or modifications.
